Are you insured?
Yes. We hold public liability insurance and workers’ compensation cover. Certificates of currency are provided with every quote, or on request at any time.
Are your staff police-checked?
Yes. Every team member is police-checked and completes a site-specific induction before their first shift on your site.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. Most commercial cleaning is done before or after hours, and industrial work is scheduled around production. The schedule is set with you during scoping.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No. Agreements are scoped to your site with agreed review points. If the standard is not met, you should be able to leave. That expectation is written into how we quote.
How does quoting work?
You get a reply within one business day setting out what a site inspection would cover. After the walkthrough, you receive a written scope and a fixed price, with no obligation.
What happens to the details I submit?
They are used only to respond to your enquiry, handled as set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and you can unsubscribe from any message we send.
